STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Payment Policy

All payments must be made in Omani Rials (OMR) or United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

A full payment or deposit, as specified on your invoice, is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance must be settled before the start of the tour or service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card, or through an approved online payment link.

Any bank transfer fees, exchange rate differences, or transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and Falcon International Projects SPC has issued a confirmation or invoice.

If payment is not completed within the time stated, the booking may be cancelled automatically.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the tour date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date or no-shows will be charged the full amount (100%), and no refund will be issued.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Certain services, including custom itineraries, hotel reservations, or third-party arrangements, may be non-refundable, as stated at the time of booking.

4. Amendments and Rescheduling

Changes to existing bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

5. Force Majeure

Falcon International Projects SPC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control.

These include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, natural events, government restrictions, road closures, or other unexpected situations.

6. Liability

All guests participate in tours and activities at their own risk.

While every effort is made to ensure comfort and safety, Falcon International Projects SPC is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip or service.

Guests are advised to have travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal items.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Omani courts.
